Flintrock Falls

Start your search at Flintrock Falls, a Country Club and Golf Course Community in the area that is perfect for those that want to live the golf community life just a quick drive from lake life. Lake Travis is actually the cleanest lake in the region and the largest, making it perfect for spending your weekends on the water or enjoy water views and entertainment.

Hit the links at the Hills of Lakeway Country Club or spend your time enjoy the resort-style swimming pool, the tennis complex and the workout facility. The views are out of this world and you can’t beat the beauty of the views coming from your Mediterranean-style home in the Hill Country.

Your children will be able to access top schools from the Lake Travis ISD and you’ll be able to vacation or take business trip easily being 26 miles from the airport. Enjoy all of this and a gated community when you live at Flintrock Falls.

Serene Hills

If you’re looking for pure luxury, check out the Serene Hills subdivision next. Homes start around $600k here and go into the millions. It’s right off Highway 71 making it easy to get around and you’re surrounded by other million-dollar neighborhoods like the Mansions at Lakeway and La Campana. Serene Hills is popular for its luxury master-planned community, the variety of architecture within the community, and the nearby attractions.

Creekside at Lakeway

Do you love the idea of a small and cozy subdivision? Creekside at Lakeway may be the perfect choice for you. It’s a small subdivision on the eastern part of Lakeway. It borders F.M. 620 and Lohman’s Spur. There are a ton of great businesses and shopping opportunities in the area and you can easily reach all of your favorite amenities and attractions.

For those that prefer being right on the water, you’ll just love Yacht Harbor in Lakeway. This is a waterfront neighborhood on a popular inlet and marina spot on the Lake. It’s located between neighborhoods like Costa Bella and Buffalo Gap featuring a variety of home styles.

Find everything from custom builds to ranches, condos, and even 3-side masonry. Enjoy access to attractions like the Sundancer Grill, Sail & Ski Yacht Club Marina, and the Hurst Harbor Marina.
